Getting There Is Half The Fun! You can beat the traffic - and this boat shuttle is a safe, fun and fast way to Key West. Non-stop departures from Ft. The 12,500-square-foot shuttle terminal is equipped with an Information desk to help you start off your trip to the Keys, plus a gift shop specializing in local products and a café offering local fare.

The interior is decorated with works of local artists to lend an Island flair. The terminal is the gateway to the island's Historic Seaport District.

Passengers can stroll along a Harbor Walk lined with charter boats, restaurants and shops and arrive on the fabled Duval Street in 15 minutes. Rental cars are available for those who wish to drive to other areas of the Keys.

There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $45.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

NOTE: There are two departure points in Fort Myers Beach. Your departure location will be specified when you call the reconfirmation phone number provided on your E-Ticket the night before your departure.

Shuttles do not operate on Easter Sunday or Christmas Day.

Parking

Parking is available at the Fort Myers Beach location, at your own risk at $5.00 per day per vehicle (subject to change).

Important Security Information

Federal Homeland Security Regulations prohibit allowing any passenger 18 years of age or older aboard a vessel without valid photo identification. Acceptable identification is a government issued drivers license or passport. NAMES OF TRAVELERS PROVIDED ON RESERVATION ORDER FORM MUST MATCH PHOTO IDS PRESENTED PRIOR TO BOARDING. Home residence addresses of each adult passenger may also be required at that time.

It is strictly prohibited for any person to carry alcohol, illicit drugs, weapons of any kind or anything contained in glass aboard a vessel. At its sole discretion, management reserve the right to deny passage to any person(s) for any reason whatsoever.

Baggage

Ground transportation is not provided. Baggage policy allows for up to two (2) pieces of carry-on size luggage per person, not including a purse. PLEASE NOTE: Excess or oversized luggage is subject to an excess luggage fee, payable prior to boarding on the day of the trip.

All carry-ons are subject to search at the sole discretion if of management or security.

Pets

Household pets (dogs, cats, birds) are allowed aboard. All pets must be contained in their carriers/ crates at all times. There will be a $15.00 fee, due at the time of departure. Passengers with working dogs must present credentials at the time of ticketing.
