Your friendly captains and mates will assist you in making the most of your Evening Fishing Trip in Key West.

Rod, reel, tackle, bait and even your fishing license is included in the price.

And, if there's someone in your party who just wants to ride along and watch, there's a special rate for that.

Guests regularly catch grunts, porgies, yellow tail snapper, mangrove snapper, mutton snapper, hog fish, red/black grouper, mackarel, shark and whatever thinks the bait looks tasty!

A galley onboard the boat provides snacks and drinks.

Night fishing schedules are based on the snapper spawns. These dates are subject to change without notice. The last thing your captains want to do is take you out fishing for something that just isn't there.

About Your Crew

Captain Jamie is orginally from Freeport, NY where she was an international flight attendant and a mate on a party boat for many years before moving to Key West in 2007. Making the jump to Key West was easy. No more suits, no more high heels - just palm trees, sunshine and fishing. Jamie was raised on the ocean and comes from a family that covers about every area of sea work imaginable.

Captain Craig is a USCG 100-ton Master, orginally from Hampton Beach, NH. He is no stranger to the ocean, starting his career at the tender age of 10 aboard the Northern Star. He moved to Key West in 2008 after his completion of the International Diving Institute, where he became certified as a commercial underwater welder. Captain Craig has operated various party boats in excess of 100 feet.

Sandra (operator of Sandra's Galley) came to Key West from New Hampshire on vacation. Once here, she decieded to make this lovely little island her home. Additionally, she has made the boat her second home. Her quick wit and over the top sense of humor can not be duplicated. Sandra will make sure that your needs are met onboard. Just remember, she has the authority to make you walk the plank!

The Boat

She is powered by twin Detroit 8v92 turbo engines. This vessel is a USCG inspected vessel, which requires the boat to endure two very in-depth inspections annually. She is certified to carry 66 people. The boat is fully equipped with many safety and comfort items.

  • His/Hers restrooms
  • Inside cabin with seating
  • Outdoor bench seating
  • Latest electronics
  • One cranky Captain (only one)
  • Full Service Galley

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far out do you go?
The Captain works very hard to make sure he knows where the fish are. It is not uncommon to travel 7-15 miles away from shore. He does try to keep the travel time under one hour to maximize your fishing time.

What do I do with the fish after I catch it?
A majority of the local restaurants will cook your fish for you. Prices vary. Ask your crew what they recommend. You can also ship your frozen fish to any US address. Shipping supplies are available at all major grocery stores and your captain suggests shipping through FedEx.

What about food?
Sandra's Galley is open one hour before departure and she has a wide variety of affordable snacks and drinks available for purchase. Snacks, Soda, Water, Juice, Coffee, Hats, Sunglasses, Cameras, Hot dogs, Hamburgers - if you forgot it, Sandra has it! You are more than welcome to bring your own cooler - but watch out, as galley wenches are known to bite!

Can I bring my own rod and tackle box?
Yes, as long as your tackle box isn't the size of a small pick-up truck. The crew encourages you to bring your own gear if you wish to do so. Braid is ok.

What about gratuity?
It is customary to tip the crew, providing you feel they did an outstanding job. The crew will clean your fish when the boat returns to the dock for 50 cents per fish.

PLEASE NOTE: This fishing excursion requires a total minimum of 12 participants to operate. Should the minimum not be met for your scheduled tour, you will be notified when you call to reconfirm and offered the opportunity to reschedule - or to be refunded in full.

This fishing boat is handicap-accessible. You will be provided a phone number on your E-Ticket to call to discuss accessibility specifics.
